FOURANS doesn’t push one engagement model. We start with the work, ask how it’s actually shaped, and propose the structure that fits. Direct Hire when permanence is the right call. Temp-to-Hire when conviction needs to build. Payrolling when a client has already selected the candidate and just needs compliance and onboarding handled.

Many of our longest-running engagements started with a single placement and grew. A Direct Hire became a recurring contract relationship. A contract relationship expanded into a functional staffing partnership. A staffing partnership folded in consulting work where the client needed it. We don’t insist on one shape. We earn the next service line the same way we earned the first.
